What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay and all types of bank cards as payment methods. Payment is charged to your card once you place the order.

What are the conditions for free delivery?

We're happy to reward your loyalty by offering free shipping on select orders. Take advantage of this advantageous offer by respecting the specific conditions based on the value of your order:

France: Free delivery for orders of €100 or more.

Europe and UK: Free delivery for orders of €300 or more.

Rest of the world and DOM-TOM: Free delivery for orders of €300 or more.

Which country can I be delivered to?

Cross The Ages offers delivery in France and internationally, to all countries, excluding special situations. You can contact our customer service for more information.

Which countries and areas are served?

We are committed to providing you with a global delivery service, striving to cover most destinations around the world. However, please note that some exceptions apply for conflicting or unsupported areas. We are trying our best to expand our reach and deliver our products to your doorstep, but some geopolitical circumstances may restrict our services in certain regions. We encourage you to check delivery availability for your specific destination when finalizing your order.

What are the delivery options?

We offer shipping to any personal postal address, with packages delivered against signature.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are typically delivered within 4-5 business days from sending the shipping email. Delivery times are given as an indication and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Cross The Ages will indicate to the customer an estimated delivery date range. This deadline will be recalled in the order summary as well as in the delivery tracking section of the Website.

What to do in case of late delivery?

In such a case, the customer can contact Cross The Ages Customer Service whose contact details are indicated in the “Contact” section of the Website and by selecting the subject corresponding to their request. The customer has the right to cancel his order if delivery has not occurred no later than seven working days after the delivery date indicated by Cross The Ages, unless this delivery delay is due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of the case law of the French Courts. Within 10 working days following the customer's cancellation request, Cross The Ages will request a refund from the customer's bank or PayPal account.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. You can always contact our carrier for more information regarding the delivery of your package.

Return policy

What are the return conditions?

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we have established return policies to give you a clear and fair returns experience. Please read our conditions below:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, ensuring that they have not been used, modified or damaged.
  • Clothing is only eligible for return if it has not been washed and remains in its original condition. Items damaged after receipt cannot be returned.
  • Personalized products, such as patches, are excluded from our returns policy unless defective. Unfortunately, due to their unique and order-specific nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these personalized items unless they have defects.
What is the returns process?

You do not need to notify your return to the site. Simply follow the return instructions in your package.

What are the return costs?

You do not have to pay shipping costs. A prepaid label is present in each package to return your order.

Exceptions:

  1. Personalized and Special Products: Some personalized or special items cannot be returned due to their unique nature and custom manufacturing.
  2. Promotional items: Promotional items may have special return conditions. Please see promotional details for more information on the specific return policy for these items.

We believe in transparency and want to make the returns process as simple as possible. If you have any concerns or questions regarding return shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is here to help you understand and facilitate the returns process.

How are refunds/exchanges done?
  1. Refund possible according to return conditions: We offer the possibility of reimbursement for returned items, subject to compliance with our return conditions. Make sure the returned product meets these criteria, and we will issue a refund according to our policy.

Exchange in case of defect or problem with the product: If you receive a product with a defect or problem, we are here to resolve the situation. In such cases, we offer an exchange of the defective product for an identical or equivalent item. Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, and we are committed to promptly remedying any problems encountered with our products.

What are the repayment deadlines?

We will refund your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of the package, we check the items for completeness before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be made directly to the credit card or to the same method used for the original payment in the same currency.

The item I have has a defect, what should I do?

You must contact our customer service by email or telephone. You have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify our service of a defect in an item received.

I received my damaged package, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged package, we invite you to keep it carefully and take photos of the box. You must then contact our customer service if you notice an anomaly in the order received.

Was my return received?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have authorized a refund for your returned item. We invite you to carefully note the tracking number found on the return label of your order, in order to track your return.

Creating an account is very easy. Simply click on "My Account" or when you place an order you will be prompted to register your information with your email address and password.

My password is lost, what can I do?

You can reset your password using the “I forgot” option in the corresponding field. You will then be able to generate a new password to log in to your account.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Set up “My Account” and personalize your preferences. Your account stores information such as your order history and your billing and shipping address. It also gives you the option to track your order. The password ensures that only you have access to your account information.

How can I delete my account?
